What this tool tells you
An email DNS check shows the records a public resolver can currently retrieve for a domain. MX identifies incoming mail hosts; SPF lists permitted senders; DKIM publishes a signing key at a known selector; DMARC publishes an authentication policy. These records help diagnose configuration, but their presence does not prove that a message will pass authentication or reach an inbox.
How to use it
- Enter a domain, such as yourcompany.com, without https:// or an email address.
- Choose a resolver. Add the DKIM selector from your email provider if you know it.
- Run the check and review each record. Recheck after changes have passed their DNS cache lifetime.
Read the result in context
This is a published-record check, not a deliverability score. It does not connect to mail servers, verify DKIM signatures, recursively evaluate SPF, or determine inherited DMARC policies. A missing direct DMARC record may have a parent policy. DKIM is checked only for the selector you supply.

Can this guarantee that my email reaches the inbox?
No. DNS configuration is one part of email delivery. Message authentication, sender reputation, content and the receiving provider’s policies also matter. Use a real message and its trusted receiving-server headers to investigate delivery.
What is a DKIM selector?
A selector identifies a published signing key. Find it in your provider’s domain settings or the s= field of a DKIM-Signature header. There is no complete public list of a domain’s selectors, so guessing cannot prove that DKIM is absent.
