Every Mail plan includes professional webmail, IMAP/SMTP, calendar, contacts, folders, filters, signatures, scheduled send, snooze, MFA, app passwords, spam and malware protection, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and TLS. Human mailboxes are for business conversations; bulk and marketing sending is prohibited. New-account and abuse limits apply.

Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime in Billing to stop the next renewal. Payments are nonrefundable, except where required by law. Read the cancellation terms
Paid Mail plans charge for each personal mailbox. Suspended mailboxes and mailboxes awaiting permanent deletion remain billable. Shared mailboxes are included up to your plan limit. Additional paid capacity is confirmed before provisioning.

We notify your organization owner and normally allow 7 days to recover payment. After the configured grace period, outgoing service and new resources may be restricted. Incoming mail and existing messages are preserved. If your paid Mail plan ends above Free limits, choose which domain and three mailboxes to keep using. Data is preserved for at least 30 days; cancellation never triggers automatic mail deletion. An administrator must explicitly confirm any permanent deletion.
