Public-page analytics
Choose whether this browser contributes to RelyPost’s first-party public-page visit counts. This does not affect sign-in, email delivery or essential security records. Signed-in sessions are already excluded.
Checking this browser’s preference…
The opt-out is saved for one year in a preference cookie without an account identifier. It applies to this browser on relypost.com and its subdomains. Repeat your choice on other browsers or after clearing cookies. A browser privacy signal always takes priority.
Control new-mail notifications
Turn off new-mail notifications in RelyPost’s account settings. On iPhone or iPad, also open Settings → Notifications → RelyPost to control alerts and lock-screen previews. On Android, use the system app notification settings. Disabling notifications does not stop email delivery to your mailbox.
Remove mail saved on your device
In the mobile app, open Settings → Clear saved mail to remove the offline mail cache while keeping device drafts. To remove both saved mail and device drafts, sign out and confirm the local cleanup. An expired login alone can retain device drafts for recovery.
Delete exported attachments from Files or the receiving app separately. These actions do not delete server-side email, your account, shared mailbox records or recipients’ copies.
Access, export or correct information
Use your mailbox to view your messages and your available account settings to update information. Ask your organization administrator for changes to provisioned names, addresses or access. Authorized users can use the web workspace’s export controls where available; contact your administrator or support for help or for a broader personal-data request.
Email support@relypost.com with the subject “RelyPost privacy request”. Include your account email, the type of request and the information concerned. Do not send passwords or recovery codes. Support may need to verify your identity and coordinate with your organization before providing records or making changes.
Request account or personal-data deletion
You can request deletion without reinstalling the app. Use the account and data deletion page below for the request steps and an email draft. Tell us whether you want your account closed, specific personal information removed, or both. Opening an email draft does not send the request or delete anything.
Object or ask about your rights
You can send a request to object to processing, restrict processing, withdraw consent where applicable or ask about retained records. Describe the processing involved so support can route the request. You can also contact the data-protection authority where you live. See the Privacy Policy for the roles of RelyPost and your organization.
